September 2010 Admissions News

The process is already under way. Students zoned to District 21 middle schools are getting Request for Testing applications through through their elementary schools right now. Out of district and private school applicants can pick them up at our October 21 Open Houses, pick them up for our Admissions Office during school hours, or pick them up from certain DOE Office of Enrollment satellite offices (call 718-449-6697 to verify which offices). Our Admissions office can also mail them to you with a phone request but in all cases, Out of District and private school applicants should heed the 10/28 deadline for submission. The form takes seconds to complete and simply requires a choice of the possible talent programs offered in all the District 21 schools so we can schedule testing/auditions before the final application is required in December.

Our open House schedule and further details (10/21 and 11/2) is available on the accompany page in this section. A copy of the brochure being distributed at the open houses will be available for download in this space this week containing the latest details about all the Mark Twain talent programs and further details about our program in general. There will also be further details about many of the respective tests incorporated into the talent descriptions.
